Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available? Yes, COD is available across India. You can also pay online via UPI, cards, or wallets at checkout.

How do I know which size to pick? 8ml is great for trying a scent for the first time or travel. 20ml is an everyday-carry size. 50ml and 100ml are best if you already know you love the fragrance and want long-term value.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders across India.

How long will delivery take? Orders are typically dispatched within 48 Hours and delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location. You can track your order anytime using the "Track Your Order" link in our menu.

Product & Authenticity

Are Zaudi fragrances "original" branded perfumes? No — Zaudi fragrances are our own formulations, crafted with premium imported fragrance oils and inspired by the scent profiles of well-known luxury fragrance families (woody, oud, floral, oriental, etc.). We do not sell counterfeit or replica-branded products. Every Zaudi fragrance is its own product with its own name.

What does "40% oil concentration" mean? It refers to the concentration of fragrance oil in the blend (similar to Extrait de Parfum strength), which is why Zaudi fragrances last longer and project more than typical Eau de Toilette sprays.

Are your products cruelty-free / vegan? Yes, all Zaudi fragrances are cruelty-free and vegan.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange a fragrance? Due to the personal nature of fragrances, we accept returns only for damaged, wrong, or defective items received. Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video.
